Youth Firefighter Camp Day 3

June 20, 2018

Day 3 of the week long Youth Firefighter Camp at Limerick Fire Company brought more excitement for the Cadets. During today's events the Cadets learned about water supply, hose lines and Fire Police operations. They also learned about the equipment utilized by rescue divers, presented by Deputy Chief Joe Behm, of the Friendship Dive Rescue unit. The cadets had a presentation by two members of the Montgomery County Bomb Squad. Michael Wilson, of the National Fire Sprinkler Association, provided a demonstration with live fire and activation of residential sprinklers. The cadets also watched a demonstration by Norristown Fire Department's arson dog, Kindle, with Chief Tom O'Donnell. Limerick Fire Company would like to thank all the special guests who assisted in today's presentations.
